The design of the Blue Oasis Pet Hospital is an exercise in efficiency. The client had an ambitious vision of creating a fully functioning pet hospital in a 1.500 sf tenant finish out lease space. Creating a layout with 3 exam rooms, a surgery suite, imaging, and open treatment area with wet and dry tables provides all the needed functions in a small 18′ wide leasehold. The creative design utilizes every square foot to maximize the revenue generating ability of the practice for increased profits. The layout also was optimized to allow for practice growth in the small space and has since also been renovated to allow for 2 additional exam rooms, urgent care services, and additional veterinarians / staff to be brought on board within the existing space.
