An existing single family home
occupied this 7,200 sf site. The
owner first wanted to renovate
the existing bungalow, but soon
realized that a complete demo and new single story 2,200 sf
structure would be better suited
to their needs. The deign made
way for ample outdoor living
space that also doubled as
entertaining areas, to allow for
seamless hosting functions. The
layout and site design maximized
the allowances for FAR and
impervious cover.
